1. The Service

Auspyx is a conversational micro-app platform. You describe what you want in natural language, and the platform uses AI to generate a custom page (a "micro-app"), and optionally collects data, detects changes, and sends notifications on a schedule.

2. Account & Authentication

Sign-in is via a third-party account (e.g. Google, Apple, on both web and mobile); we do not set a password. You may add a contact email in Settings (optional, used for notifications and feedback replies). Accounts use JWT-based authentication. You can self-delete your account at any time via Settings → Account.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the service you agree not to:

• Abuse AI generation (spam requests, automated mass attacks)
• Use the platform to scrape data prohibited by the target site's Terms of Service
• Use notification channels for spam or harassment
• Attempt SSRF, internal-network scanning, or attacks on third-party systems
• Mass-register accounts or bypass rate limits

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated micro-app code and data collection results are not guaranteed to be accurate. You should verify before relying on them. Important decisions (investment, medical, legal) must not depend solely on this service.

5. Service Availability

We do our best, but provide no SLA. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, failures, or third-party dependencies (Anthropic, data sources, email providers). We will recover as quickly as possible but bear no liability for availability loss.

6. Payment & Quotas

(Reserved. Currently the service is in free trial. When paid features launch, this section will be updated and users notified in advance.)

7. Intellectual Property

• Your data (conversations, uploaded files, task configs, collected snapshots) belongs to you
• AI-generated micro-app code is yours to use
• Platform code, brand, and UI designs belong to the Auspyx team

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages from:

• Data collection errors, omissions, or delays
• Incorrect judgments from AI-generated content
• Missed or duplicate notifications
• Business losses from service interruption
• Actions by third-party processors (Anthropic, email)

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
